Guy’s Story

Guy began his career in major financial institutions, holding senior leadership roles, including Managing Director at the Bank of Montreal and Senior Manager & Team Leader at the Royal Bank of Canada. During this time, he gained deep expertise in corporate lending, cash management, and finance, leading teams focused on serving middle-market and corporate clients.
After his time in the big banks, Guy expanded his focus, taking on a variety of roles, including VP Business Development at Magnolia Capital Corporation, where he worked on structuring deals in the mining industry. He also served as a Municipal Councillor for the City of North Vancouver, where he applied his financial acumen to public service. Additionally, he ventured into independent finance by holding positions such as Shareholder & CFO at Renaissance Power Corporation and Independent Director at Gitxaala Enterprises Corporation.
In the most recent phase of his career, Guy has shifted towards advisory roles and entrepreneurship. He now serves as Chief Financial Officer at Aqualyser Solutions Inc. and ran his own advisory practice, Corporate Banking Advisory, where he provides strategic financial advice to organizations looking to optimize their financing and capital structures.
